General Ordering Information

Pricing: Non Embroidered items; Prices include a one color, one location imprint are subject to change without notice. Please call or e-mail for info, additional charges and availability for multi-color imprinting.

Pricing for Embroidered Items: All embroidered items include up to 7,000 stitches of embroidery and up to 7 thread colors (using non-metallic threads). Embroidery Tape charge is $95.00 up to 7,000 stitches. Orders with designs greater than 7,000 stitches, 7 thread colors or including metallic thread require a special quote. To determine if additional embroidery charges apply to your order, please submit artwork to art@edisonadvertising.com.

Production Time: Standard production time ranges from 7 - 15 working days depending on the item.  If applicable, Production time starts only after the approval of any product proof or faxed paper proof.

Cancellation: Cancelled orders are subject to all charges incurred to date of cancellation. Completed orders can not be cancelled.

Overruns / Underruns: Orders are subject to a 10% over or under run and will be considered as fulfillment of order and will be invoiced accordingly.

Claims: Any claims must be made within 10 working days of receipt of merchandise. Noreturned items will be accepted without prior authorization from Edison Advertising Corporation.

Freight: Shipping and handling charges are not included in the price of the item. Standard shipping is UPS Ground unless otherwise noted or instructed to do so.

Additional Charges: All printed, embroidered or otherwise decorated items are subject to additional charges and vary from item to item. These charges include Set Up charges, PMS color match charges (if applicable), Proof charges and any sample related costs.

PMS color match: $40.00 per PMS color match. 

Artwork Guidelines

Imprint quality on your order depends upon the artwork supplied with it. To avoid delays and additional art charges, please supply clean camera-ready artwork. If art needs to be touched up, add US $80.00/CDN $88.00(G) per hour; contact us for more information.

Digital Art Requirements

We support the following formats: Adobe Illustrator .eps (preferred), .ai or .pdf. Some Adobe Photoshop formats are also acceptable. All text must be converted to outline or vector form. If not possible, all fonts must be included with art, (PC fonts only).

Unacceptable Artwork/Text Files

Faxes, copies of faxes, photocopies, photographs, slides, transparencies, negative stats or films that need to be reversed to positive, halftone art that needs to be resized, low resolution laser printed artwork of less than 600 dpi, letterhead, business cards, actual product or any other art that needs to be touched-up, color separated or made one color. Text files from word processing documents such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint,Corel Draw, Microsoft Publisher, Word Perfect or Window Metafiles cannot be used.

Camera-Ready Art Guidelines

Black & white line art on flat photographic paper
Glossy, fine grain paper works better than matte copier paper

600 dpi (or higher) laser prints, preferable at 200% of final size

Artwork for multi-color imprints: MUST send black & white, color-separated art with registration marks for each color
